DaY 5 Lemonade Diet

So I kinda cheated day 4 of the diet =( I had some steamed veggies, it's interesting that the things I crave seem to be healthier choice..............GO FIGURE. But I started out this morning getting on the scale and realizing that I had lost 46lbs and then reality set in and my mind set is to still drink my lemonade and eat some veggies and or fruits. I know it's not really doing the diet much good but IF I can maintain and still loose while eating veggies and fruits then I'm gonna do it lol
