Body is Aching!!!

Oh my aching body!!! Monday is my pilates day with Leisa, we did our workout and incorporated pvc pipes into our pilates. Two days later and I am still feelin it lol. I can't say I don't the feeling because I do. to me it lets me know that I got a great workout. Tuesday I walked 1 mile at the indoor track (11laps) and then did Zumba with Julie. Today is Zumba with Dale at a pretty late hour of the evening 8pm. I was thinking I could recover by not going at all but thats no bueno because I really NEED to go, so I am gonna go. I told the hubby I would do so, so I have no excuse not to go. Thursday is ZUMBA again, then Friday I usually take a break. Then Saturday morning Zumba with Julie. I will probly incorporate Yoga although I am a bigger fan of pilates.
